Delete your Yard Buddy account

Yard Buddy is made by Oahu Merchant Service LLC. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

Open the course list, tap Account, then Delete account. Confirm with Apple or Google, and it is done right away.

By email

Write to support@yardbuddygolf.com from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which one), with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in: the account number from Apple or Google, and your email address
Your purchase history in our subscription records

Nothing is kept afterwards. Problem reports you sent are not tied to your account. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases under their policies.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions.
